Practice Principal at Rosny Park Family Practice, Dr Columbine Mullins, graduated from a Bachelor Of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of Tasmania in 1990, and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc) from University of Tasmania in 2004. In 2011 she became a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Passionate about preventative health care and chronic disease management and lifestyle, Dr Mullins thrives on the diversity and complexity that comes with being a GP. She also loves her relationships with patients and their families, many of whom appreciate her ability to guide them to make small changes impacting their overall health.
“There’s so much people can control and do in their everyday lives through diet and exercise – they’ll feel better for it and it prevents disease too. I like that GPs can help patients can get on top of health issues before they become a real problem.”
Dr Mullins has also completed her training for Hepatitis C treatment.
